Ross auto body shop is undoubtedly a 5 star place. Their professionalism and kindness speak for themselves. I had a big dent in my car, and it was the first time in my life that I had ever been in an accident. They helped me talk to the insurance company, guided me all the way so the process went very smoothly. I always felt supported.
Then they worked in the car and when they returned it ir as better than new, they even fixed some scratches free of charge. They were also very communicative during the whole process.

My car was recently involved in an incident last month on February 7th. It is March 19th & I have my car back in her beauty again. I had the best experience with this body shop.
